A first for the brand, each Ready-To-Drink Bloody Mary Cocktail highlights McClure’s signature Bloody Mary Mix paired with vodka and canned from Michigan’s own Pigeon Hill Brewing Company. The cocktails will be available at retailers wherever McClure’s products are sold throughout Michigan this Spring. Shoppers looking for the decadence of a Bloody Mary and the ease of a pre-mixed cocktail will relish the quality of McClure’s new offering.

McClure’s brings the new Ready-To-Drink Bloody Mary Cocktails to market, building on the success of its signature Spicy Bloody Mary Mix – now also available in Mild. With ease top of mind, the brand introduces the single-serve 12 oz. cans with 7.5% Alcohol by Volume into a competitive alcohol category where brothers, Bob and Joe McClure, noticed a gap that needed filled. In partnership with Pigeon Hill Brewing Co., each batch is made with simple ingredients and delivers a new way to love the McClure’s Bloody Mary recipe consumers already know and love.

Featuring “personal pickles, picked, pecked, packed and ready to party,” each 2.2 ounce package provides an easy way for consumers to enjoy bite-size pickles with McClure’s flavors, including Dill, Sweet and Spicy, and Spicy. The Pickle Snack Packs will be available at major retailers and independent grocers nationwide, with a suggested retail price of $2.79. Shoppers looking for a convenient, grab-and-go snack or items for their young ones will be able to find the Snack Packs alongside other McClure’s products on shelf, or atop prepared food bars.

McClure’s brings the new Lil’ Pickle Snack Packs to market, building on the success of signature SKU’s, such as Garlic Dill, Spicy Dill, Sweet and Spicy and Bread and Butter Pickles. With ease top of mind, the brand introduces the single-serve 2.2 ounce snack packs at a time when convenience and snacking dominates the needs of today’s consumers. A recent article published by Harvard Medical School shared “a growing body of research [indicating] a diet that includes a regular intake of fermented foods can bring benefits.” Accordingly, foods like pickles promote a healthier digestive tract and increased immune support among other benefits.

Industry News: McClure’s Pickles’ National Pickle Day Celebration Goes Viral

 

 

Detroit, MI (November 7) - McClure’s Pickles, the nation’s premier producer of gourmet pickled goods and condiments, is giving away a year’s worth of pickles in celebration of National Pickle Day (November 14th). This year’s campaign will celebrate the mighty pickle beyond National Pickle Day, throughout the month of November.

Joe and Bob McClure are drawing pickles and taking names! To take part in the sweepstakes, pickle fans are asked to guess the number of McClure’s Pickles in the five-gallon pail that the McClure brothers will draw from and count on November 30th via the brand’s Facebook and Instagram profiles. Fans who guess correctly will be entered to win the Grand Prize!

The sweepstakes will culminate with one final count on Facebook Live November 30th. Tune in all month long for details regarding Pickle Day and the final count.
