Best Beans
It all starts with the best quality beans. We ethically source 100% organic, fair trade coffee beans from reputable and sustainable single-origin lots.
 
Precise Roast
We meticulously roast our beans in small scale batches on a low-emission roaster, gingerly coaxing out those unique, single-origin flavours. Our beans are then matured for 3 to 10 days, depending on the optimal maturity cycle for each bean and roast.
 
Crafted Brew
Once our beans are ready, they are ground on a precision grinder and then immediately brewed. Our coffee is literally cold brewed – steeped in small batches for 20 hours at a very cold temperature – we do not brew at room temperature. We carefully monitor the purity and pH levels of our water to ensure quality and consistency throughout the brewing process.
 
Bottled Fresh
When our cold brew is ready to be bottled, we filter it twice for clarity and use state-of-the-art treatment technology (the first in North America) to seal in that fresh, smooth and naturally sweet taste.
