Cha cha cha is a line of premium mezcal products produced in Santiago Matatlan , Oaxaca , exclusively with agave espadín (selected from 9 to 10 years of maturation ) and hand processed by mezcaleros (teachers) with more than 250 years of history.

It is one of the first mezcal products made in Santiago Matatlán , Oaxaca , more than 250 years. Originally, this mezcal did not have a name and was sold in bulk in town. Subsequently, the different generations that have kept its secret have named renamed this product many times.

A few years ago Don Margarito (peasant farmer of Nuestro agave ) was asked if the Mezcal that was made with his agave was good he respondedace: " Cha cha cha " ( which means "very, very, very " good in zapoteco ). This is the name of a famous zapoteco poem which tells the history of mezcal from the beginning, to the present day and this is where the name comes from.

Cha cha cha Mezcal is sustainable and organic. In the Palencque (Mezcal Factory) the artisanal methods of producing the Mezcal by hand and without industrial machinery have been maintained.
