Food Spotlight: Stoats Fruit & Nut Toasted Oaty Flakes
We took wholegrain oats, roasted them to create incredible crunch and called them Toasted Oaty Flakes.
Next, we added some of our favourite things, like juicy raisins and blueberries to complement apple slices, plus the crunch of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds we love in our bars.
Bob loves these moreish flakes first thing in the morning drenched in ice-cold milk. On the other hand, Tony is rather partial to snacking at supper-time on these with a lovely dollop of cool, natural yoghurt on top.
