We’ve sandwiched our award winning Brown Butter Pecan ice cream in a toasted brioche bun to create a hot-cold, sweet summer sensation! The good news, no GREAT news, is that you can try one for yourself. We’re toasting fresh brioche filled with scoops of our buttery, creamy, crunchy ice cream from our striped trailer tomorrow, in St James’ Park, London. Swing by and try the latest food sensation for a cooling treat on this gloriously sunny week. You'll find us on the South East corner of the park just off birdcage walk. Jude’s ice cream is a family business based in Hampshire, passionate about making the tastiest
and best-quality ice cream using the finest local ingredients.
Back in 2002 Theo Mezger sat in his dairy barn and dreamt of making the best ice cream in the
world. So he bought a churn and a freezer, sourced cream from the local farm and set to work.
He sold his first batch to the pub across the field and named his new venture after his wife,
Jude. What started out as a hobby became a business, and soon the whole family joined in.
Jude’s is now run by Theo and Jude’s two sons, Alex and Chow. Over the past 12 years, Jude’s
has supplied nearly all of Britain’s top chefs, won 25 Great Taste awards and is served in some
of the best restaurants and most prestigious venues and events in the land. Jude’s are also
available in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Ocado.
