Dairy Spotlight: Arla 3% Kefir

 

 

Kefir means tasty, nourishing and is since ancient times known in the countries of the Caucasus, where it is regarded as a health drink. The culture containing yeast, which gives kefir a very special flavor. Arla Kefir has slight sour taste with the characteristic burrs omens and light creaminess. The texture is a bit thicker, and the file can advantageously be eaten with muesli and cereals. Suitable for breakfast and snacks. Arla Kefir is always made from the milk of Swedish Arla Farms.
