Inés: Gourmet Oils with Unique Flavors in México

Summary:

With their sleek, minimalist design, Inés natural gourmet oils are eye catching and different. In fact, the Mexican company has caught the attention of 52 countries across the five continents where the oils are now being sold.

Inés oils come in eight varieties, most of them unique and all with many health benefits. The line consists of organic toasted sesame oil, spicy sesame oil, extra virgin organic sesame oil, grape oil, toasted peanut oil, avocado oil, olive oil and rice oil.

Analysis and Impact:

Sesame oils are some of the oils with the most health benefits. They are a good source of the antioxidant vitamin E and are rich in omega 6. Cholesterol free, the Inés sesame oils contain mono-unsaturated and poli-saturated fats that are good for the blood. They are also rich in iron and potassium as well as magnesium to benefit the nervous system. Sesame oil is recommended for consumption during menopause, pregnancy, and by those who suffer from osteoporosis. The oil is also said to stimulate the production of hormones that promote youth.

Grape oil originates from Chile where it is famously used by chefs in the country. Inés grape oil is rich in nutrients, vitamin E and procyanidins. Like sesame oil, grape oil is high in omega 6, which helps to stabilize metabolism. The oil is also used to prevent vascular and circulatory disorders, help with sexual impotency and asthma, and to lower cholesterol. Studies have shown that it may prevent various types of cancers and that it works as an anti-inflammatory. Grape oil is recommended for those suffering from diabetes.

Inés peanut oil contains a number minerals including zinc, magnesium, potassium, and copper, and vitamin E. The resveratrol and beta-sitosterol found in this oil help to lower the risk of cancer and coronary diseases. With antioxidants, anti-thrombotics, anti-hyptensives and mono-unsaturated fats, the risk of cardiovascular illness is reduced in people who consume this oil on a regular basis. Inés peanut oil also helps to eliminate bad cholesterol which, in turn, prevents and treats against arterial hypertension.

As Inés avocado oil is high in mono-unsaturated fats, known as the good fats, it can be used to reduce cholesterol. The benefits do not end there; the oil also contains vitamins A, D and E to help the body absorb calcium and phosphorous – two minerals that prevent weak bones and teeth. The oil also contains 71% omega 9, considered the best for prevention of cardiovascular illness. The product can also be used as skin balm to treat problems such as dermatitis and eczema.

Olive oil is well-known to be one of oils with the most health benefits. Made from 100% pure Spanish olives, Inés olive oil is no exception. It contains the healthiest fats,  a high number of natural antioxidants and is 76% omega 9. This oil reduces consumers’ cholesterol, their risk of heart attacks and arterial thrombosis, and protects against ulcers and gastritis. It also stimulates the secretion of bile, regulates the intestines and prevents the effects of aging in cerebral functions and organ tissue.

Rice oil has its roots in Thailand but is used in many eastern Asian countries. Made from refined rice, Inés rice oil is an excellent choice for frying, baking or using over salads as it does not absorb the flavor of the food. It is ideal for cooking potatoes, fried rice, chicken, seafood, tostadas, onion rings and more. Inés rice oil also has its share of health benefits: it contains phsilosterol to reduce cholesterol as well as tocopherol and vitamin E.
